A function included in the GECK version 1.1.0.36.
Description
Returns 1 if the calling actor offers services in his current package.
Syntax
(bool) actorRef.GetOffersServicesNow
Notes
This command will return 0 if the npc gets into a conversation with another npc or while moving to a destination.
If you set up a travel package (even with the "offer service" flag on) while the NPC is traveling to it's destination it is in a temporary NOT OFFER SERVICE state while they are moving.
