Description

Say makes an actor speak a single line of dialogue.

Syntax

Actor.Say Topic:EditorID ForceSubtitleFlag:int Actor:EditorID Integer:int Integer:int

Notes

  • The purpose of the last three optional parameters is unknown at this time.
