Help: a) dont know where or how to post requests for help.

     b) dont know how to copy use data on items/weapons

First, please do not create new pages outside of your own userspace for questions - such things go on your User page or User talk page.

Secondly, requests for help in general go on the Forums - the only questions that go on the Wiki are questions about specific articles on the Wiki, or about the Wiki in general somehow. You may (are allowed to) post other kinds of questions in your User or User talk page, but there you run a relatively high risk of them being missed.

Asking about Wiki rules or where to find something on the Wiki are appropriate questions for the Wiki, however, so your questions are fine - just they should be here. I've already answered part a, I think, so as for part b - can you clarify what you mean by "use data"?
