For some reason, the image [1] doesn't show up as a regular image, but shows up as a thumbnail or a full size image. Incase you can't see it, the error message is "Error creating thumbnail: sh: /usr/local/bin/convert: No such file or directory". Hoping you can fix the problem. I added the {{Error}} tag to that image... hopefully someone who knows how to fix it will do so.
