Your edits to Help:FAQ could be scene as vandalism; please do not remove pertinent content from any article, particularly a Help article. Questions should be on Talk pages, and then only as a question of the article the Talk page is associated with. For other questions, and especially troubleshooting, please see the Forums; you are more likely to get your question answered more quickly there than here. However, you will need to give a lot more information than that "it doesn't work" - what are you doing, and what is happening, etc etc.
