The Misc Tab holds miscellaneous default topics used by the game for various purposes.
The only topics available in this section are the following default topics:
- ObserveCombat: NPCs in "spectator" mode -- watching a combat but not joining in due to disposition/aggression settings.
- TimeToGo: NPCs will say this to the player when they want to switch packages but can't because their current package is flagged "Continue if PC Near" (see Packages).
