A function added by the Lutana NVSE plugin.
Description
Return the rank of a perk on the player, or 0 if the player does not have the perk. Passing 1 to the 'alt' parameter uses the follower perk list. Deprecated by GetPerkRank/GetAltPerkRank in NVSE 4.5.7.
