A function added by the Fallout Script Extender.
Description
Returns whether debug mode is set for the mod. If the mod index parameter is omitted, uses the mod index of the calling script.
Syntax
(int) GetDebugMode modIndex:int
Or:
(int) GetDBMode modIndex:int
