A function added by the New Vegas Script Extender.

Description

Added by NVSE v4. Returns true if the engine echoes to the console, else false.

Syntax

[help]
(EchoState:bool) GetConsoleEcho

Example

if GetConsoleEcho
   ; do some echoing
endif
