Default = 1.000000

This setting is a direct multiplier of the radiation a player recieves from non-water sources such as nuclear waste barrles, areas radiated from bomb explosions, etc.

Changing the value from 1.000000 to 5.000000 will result in 5 times the radiation per second. So, if set to 5 and the player walks by radiated barrels for 4 seconds, the 1st and 4th seconds at 1 rad/sec(vanilla setting) and the 2nd and 3rd seconds at 2 rads/sec(vanilla setting) you will receive a total of 30 rads instead of the vanilla 6 rads.

This setting will not multiply rads received from wading or swimming in radiated water as those are controlled by fSwimRadiationDamageMult and fWadeRadiationDamageMult.
