Jay Woodward, known on the forums as RadHamster, is an AI programmer. For Fallout 3 his primary area of focus was non-combat AI and the system. Specific packages within his bailiwick include:
- The Sandbox Package
- The Escort Package
- The Patrol Package
- The Guard Package
- The Use Weapon Package
Jay is also neither a Jay nor a Hamster, but is ineffably Rad, and has been known to ward (that is, to defend) woodland areas, his ancient sword of Nervish workmanship ever glowing with a faint blue glow.
