That link takes me to a page where the first line is "A confirmation code has already been e-mailed to you; if you recently created your account, you may wish to wait a few minutes for it to arrive before trying to request a new code." Well, I created my account weeks ago and I have not yet received a confirmation email or code. Luckily, there's a button at the bottom of that page that says "Mail a confirmation code". When I click on that, I get the message "Confirmation e-mail sent." I dutifully wait days to recieve such an email yet none is forthcoming.
