A function added by the New Vegas Script Extender.

Description

Sets the high base flags of the specified actor or calling reference to the specified bitmask (int). Using unknown flags may cause random behavior.

  • 1 = unknown
  • 2 = unknown

  • 1024 = no knockdowns
  • 2048 = not pushable
