A .rar file containing 3 .opl files with all the usable chairs, posters and banners in the game. The heights and orientations have been set properly so you can add them in the GECK with minimal hassle. The additional descriptors should also add efficiency. Feel free to edit or modify, credit would be appreciated.

Hopefully the community will put together a good compilation of .opl files soon.
