Hello,
I'm afraid that this is a website owned and operated by an American company whose employees generally only speak English. As a result, we cannot read non-English submissions, and therefore cannot check them for rule infractions, and therefore cannot permit them on the site. Links to non-English translations or other Fallout 3 Modding guides are strongly encouraged and appreciated, but for purely practical reasons, cannot be placed on this site. Sorry for any inconvenience.
