Is it just me, or is '''VATs Targetable''' broken? There are a number of cars that I've never been able to target in VATs, and I've tested it with armor pieces as well, with no luck. Maybe there's supposed to be more data in the mesh itself that isn't present?

:This setting affects projectiles that can explode if they are shot: grenades, missles, etc. I don't think it is intended to be used on static objects like cars and etc, and I also think it only affects things that have been fired or thrown and not things placed into the game world.
