A function added by the Lutana NVSE plugin.
Description
Sets the rank of a perk on the player, or adds it at a specified rank if they don't have it. Passing 1 to the 'alt' parameter uses the follower perk list.
Syntax
[playerRef].SetPerkRank perk:perk rank:int alt:bool
