External Emittance can be used to have some special effects take on the properties of specific lights.
Generally, this tool is used to:
- Set lights, light effects and glows to change over the course of the day.
- Tenpenny Tower and other settlements use the "InvertedDaylightWarmRegion" Exterior Light to simulate glow from inside the building during the night.
- Have smoke and mist effects more closely match a lighting scheme.
