A function included in the GECK version 1.1.0.36.
Description
As opposed to Oblivion, this function actually is useful (somewhat) in Fallout 3, thanks to Windows Live. However, Achievements can't be changed, so there's probably not much point to using this in a mod other than to bump up gamerscores.
