A function added by the Lutana NVSE plugin.

Description

Returns whether or not an ingestible form is a skill magazine. If an ingestible has an effect with a condition of HasPerk=Retention, it will be considered a magazine.

Syntax

(bool) IsSkillMagazine ingestible:form
