GetNumericIniSetting

A function added by the New Vegas Script Extender.

Description

Returns the value of a numeric setting. Setting name is of the format "SettingName:CategoryName" where CategoryName is the header under which the setting appears in the .ini file. Added by NVSE 1.1.
