A function added by the New Vegas Script Extender.
Description
Sets the second set of flags for a passed weapon or calling reference to the specified bitmask (int). Bitmasks should be built using SetBit / ClearBit.
Syntax
(none) reference.SetWeaponFlags2 FlagsBitMask:int Weapon:form

Weapon Flags 2 Bit Fields
- 0 (1) = player only
- 1 (2) = NPCs use ammo
- 2 (4) = no jam after reload
- 3 (8) = override action points
- 4 (16) = minor crime
- 5 (32) = range fixed
- 6 (64) = not used in normal combat
- 7 (128) = override damage to weapon mult
- 8 (256) = don't use third-person IS animations
- 9 (512) = short burst
- 10 (1024) = rumble alternate
- 11 (2048) = long burst
