A function added by the JIP NVSE Plugin.

Description

Similar to the NVSE SetBaseItemValue - sets the base value of the specified item. This function, however, also works on ingestible-type items.

Syntax

(oldValue:int) SetValueAlt baseItem:ref newValue:int
