A function added by the JIP NVSE Plugin.
Description
Returns the value of a numeric trait (determined by traitID) of the Nth effect of an ingestible/object effect/actor effect.
Syntax
(traitValue:int) GetNthEffectTraitNumeric effectForm:ref effectIndex:int traitID:int{0-3}
Effect Numeric Trait IDs
0 Magnitude 1 Area 2 Duration (Seconds) 3 Range (0 - Self, 1 - Touch, 2 - Target)
Example
GetNthEffectTraitNumeric Stimpak 0 2
Will return the Duration of the effect at index 0 of Stimpak.
