Object Controls

Z = Hold this key down and drag an object along the Z axis (up/down) to move it.
X = Hold this key down and drag an object along the X axis (left/right) to move it.
Y = Hold this key down and drag an object along the Y axis (forward/back) to move it.
Right click and hold an object to rotate it. Holding one of the keys above will rotate it on that axis alone.
CTRL+D = Press this combination when an object is selected to duplicate it.
CTRL + C = Copy the selected object(s) to the clipboard
CTRL + X = Cut (Delete from the render window) the selected object(s) to the clipboard
CTRL + P = Paste the object(s) from the clipboard
Shift + P = Paste in place the object(s) from the clipboard
S = Hold this key down and click and drag to scale an object. Also works to scale the radius of lights.
F = With an object selected, this will make it fall until it collides with another object.
G = This will nudge the object(s) upward (z axis)
Q = Toggles Reference Snap on/off
CTRL + Q = Toggles Angle Snap on/off
SHIFT + Q = Hold to Select a reference to confine Angle Snap/Reference Snap to. This is useful when you want to place snap-able objects at weird angles/positions.
1 = Hide the selected object(s); this 'grays' them out, and makes working around them much easier
CTRL + F = Search and Replace
- KEY = Open the Reference Batch Action Window. This is used to set a number of extra values to several objects at once (ie setting all objects on a shelf to be owned by one person, or to set them all to have a certain Enable parent at once)
M = Toggle Markers as viewable or not. This applies to door markers, furniture markers, and a number of other misc. markers that are invisible in game. L = Toggle the Light Radius of all lights on or off.

Camera Controls

T = press this key when selecting an object, moving you to a birds-eye view of the object.
C = press this key when selecting an object to move between various pre-set (Front, Left, Top) views.
SHIFT = Hold and move the mouse to rotate the camera's view. With an object selected, this will rotate the camera around the object.
SPACEKEY = Hold and move the mouse to pan the camera. The middle mouse button can also be used.
MOUSE WHEEL = Zoom in/out. With an object selected, the zoom value is increased.
` KEY = Toggle Fly Cam controls. This changes the camera controls to the default movement controls used by the Fallout 3 engine. (W is move forward, S is backwards, etc.)

0 = Toggle between Orthographic and Perspective views.
