A web-based Fallout 3 script validator (written in JavaScript) is available in the Fallout 3 section of cipscis.com. The validator checks scripts for various errors and warnings, many of which are not caught by the GECK's compiler.
The output is indented, has syntax highlighting applied, and includes links to documentation of functions and blocktypes.
